I have children outside my marriage / My spouse doesn't have any children. Which children do we include in the application?

All children must be included in the application. It is of absolute importance that all children are included in the application! Every adopted or biological child under the age of 21 must be included in the application. Even if you do not have custody of the child, all your children as well as all your spouse’s children must be given in the application.

If you win the lottery, you get to decide which children get a Green Card. If you fail to include a child, your application will be disqualified.

You can give up to 8 children in our digital application form. If you have more than 8 children, please contact us and we will add them manually.
