The DS-260 Immigrant Visa Electronic Application is the form that all Green Card winners are required to submit to apply for their Green Card. The form must be completed and submitted online. The form requires the applicant to give many personal details including family status, current and former addresses, US travel history and their complete job and educational background. This form must be completed by the main applicant and all family members applying for a Green Card.
Diversity Visa Program
