The Kentucky Consular Center is mainly responsible for the Diversity Visa Program (Green Card Lottery). The KCC is under the administration of the U.S. Department of State. KCC processes all Diversity Visa applicants before sending the application to the U.S. embassy responsible for carrying out the interview appointment.
